Norinco Huachai Power has developed a comprehensive array of products, including B/FL413F/513 series, BFM1015 series and TCD2015 series air-cooled diesel engine, whose development is succeed on the basis of German Deutz’s techniques, as well as patented HC4132 series water cooled diesel engine. They are quite familiar in various places, such as trucks, luxury passenger buses, specialty vehicles, engineering machinery, petroleum equipment, power generation sets and etc.

Norinco Huachai Power’s 300DZ gas engine is electronic controlled and adopts turbocharging as its supercharging method. Its development symbolizes the successful conversion from diesel engine to gas engine.
Based on the former design of Deutz BFM1015CP diesel engine, our engineers have redesigned the piston pin, supercharger, cylinder head and intake pipe, and installed an advanced combustion control system, including throttle valve, mixer, fuel metering valve, high-voltage coil, spark plug and high-voltage wires, etc., for the production of the 300DZ gas engine. The finished 300DZ gas engine is suitable for use in vehicles, engineering machinery, generator sets and so forth.
When compared with a diesel engine, our 300DZ gas engine is more cost effective, and generates lower noise and less pollution.

The BF8M1015C/CP diesel engine is intended for generator sets. We have obtained the approval from the China New Era Certification Center for this product as well as access to post and telecommunication systems. Meanwhile, this product enjoys reliable quality, high cost effectiveness, excellent cold starting, small size, light weight, and convenient use. In addition, the engine introduces air intaking as its supercharging method, and charge-air-cooler for its cooling system. BF8M1015C/CP diesel engine is always found in vessels and generator sets.

The generator set has twelve cylinders, allowing a min. rotation speed of 550rpm.
And its max. speed is about 1500-1800rpm, with engine oil’s consumption smaller than 0.3% of fuel consumption. Meanwhile, the overall weight of our generator set is about 1700kg.
In addition, the emission standard of our generator set is in strict accordance with that for EuropeⅡ.

This diesel generator set is independently designed by Norinco Huachai Power, whose production is carried out in batch. Its manufacturing has been approved by the China New Era Certification Center for this product as well as access to post and telecommunication systems. Finished generator set will enjoy advanced production technologies, reliable quality, convenient use and easy maintenance. Therefore, they could be served as uninterruptible power supply and back up power for railway, oil field, communication, bank, high building, hotel, hospitals, fire control and etc., as well as for research station supporting system in Antarctica.

The generator set features a wide power range from 5 to 400kw, which introduces Deutz AG’s air-cooled or water-cooled diesel engine as its driving unit, and electric generator from Siemens, Stamford, Marathon Electric, Leroy Somer, ABB, and other famous companies, as well as the manual/automatic or intelligent remote control system ( with telemetering and remote signaling included).
For better quality, a national approved microprocessor test bed is equipped in our plant.

Besides standard diesel generator set, Norinco Huachai Power is also capable to produce custom gensets for various applications, including stationary electric power plant, mobile power station for trailer, automotive and train, as well as automatic power station, intelligent power station with remote control system (with functions of telemetering and remote signaling included), automatic pumping station, fire pump station and etc.
